Question Why do I keep effing binging?!

Hey guys, so before I got into bodybuilding and nutrition, I never really hinged cuz I never thought about what or how much I was eating. Now that I'm on a cut, I can't kelp my hands off the junk every few days.

Every morning and throughout the school day, I'm perfectly set on eating right and what I need to hit my macros. But then every few days, I just lose it in the evening and eat so much. I end up being around or a above my maintenance, mostly in ****ty, sugary snacks.

Now I'm mostly gotten rid of that stuff now, and I told my parents to stop buying it. So maybe that could solve it, but I want to permanently get rid of these binging urges. It's almost like because I need to eat less, my body wants to eat more. I chew gum all the time and drink a lot of water, but it doesn't seem to help keep the urges away. Think I'm gonna switch to spearmint gum so stuff tastes bad.

I'm basically just looking for some mental help to power through these urges so I can lose the last of my stubborn fat and continue clean bulking.

    Thanks guys.

Increase caloric consumption, you're probably in too much of a deficit.

Like the guy above said, increase your calorie intake if hunger causes you to overeat junk. I used to be heavy, and it takes time to stop eating junk, but just whip up some eggs or even cereal if it'll keep you from eating junk.

I had this problem with cereal. I'd eat like the whole bag in 5 minutes.
I suggest not buying it and not being around it. Also try to tell yourself you'll just become a fat pig if you keep eating this way.

    Worked for me

Yeah feel like it could work if I just tell myself I'm gonna get fat eating all this **** and never look like I want to. It's all mental guys, I don't need and of the junk, I'm getting enough calories, it's just a mental obstacle I need to overcome fully.
