How many calories should I eat
If i'm only training my upper body for a bit should I eat less calories? Since no muscle growth is gonna occur in the lower body, will trying to gain a pound a week result in more fat gain?

I've been doing a lot of uphill sprints over the past six monthd. This has made my quads grow disproportionately larger to my upper body. I want to get the rest of the body up to speed.

I have never seen a person who had quads disproportionate to their upper body. Tom Platz looked good. Cyclists look good. It is normal for a male to be leg dominant.
