I just had a moment of weakness and demolished a massive piece of carrot cake with cream cheese icing. I knew it was wrong but I couldn't stop my fork from doing its job. No, it's not the end of the world, but it was a 900-1,000 calorie mistake. I guess I'll be fasting till breakfast...
Same thing happened to me last weekened , I went out on friday night and I ended up at subway thinking I would eat something "healthy". Ended up ordering footlong tuna sandwich. 1050 calories. I went home and passed out. Felt bad all day next day.

why tuna... that is pretty much their worst calorie-dense sandwich? Why not something tastier like the philly cheese-steak?
"There's a lot of 5'11 200-225 lbs guys with 10-12% body fat on the Internet. In reality, their "10-12%" body fat is more like 15% body fat or more. Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting. Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think."
It happens to the best of us. It will happen multiple times no matter how focused you think you are. I had a little set back last week and tried to do some extra cardio to offset what happen; but I don't feel bad since I enjoyed the party with my family and ate good. I had great lifting though 2 days later even lol. However, I got paranoid and wanted to run a marathon right after though when it kicked in, "omg what did i just eat." lol However, I learned to roll with the punches but sometimes I still panic. You just have to know how to get back to the grind the next day.
Hah. Yesterday I caught myself about to eat an entire pizza (~2300 cals according to the box). I caught myself and only ate half. The only problem is I still have half a pizza in the fridge... O_o
I know that feel bro. Yesterday, my gf wanted to go out to celebrate a big day for her career. I agreed to go to a mexican place by my house with the intent of getting fajitas and just eating the meat/veggies... the best option on the menu for someone cutting. Well, two baskets of chips later, I decided to all-out cheat and loaded up some tortillas with sour cream, cheese, etc and then of course included the fajita mixings... figure I downed at least 1,000 calories. Oh well, it's just one meal, and I fully believe a "cheat" is necessary every once in a while.
Brah, I want a picture of said cheesecake. What the hell "piece" has 1k calories lol. By piece you mean like half the pie?
don't sweat it. Enjoy it and move on. We all know that feel bro

If you're gonna cheat, cheat with the good stuff. Yes, those burritos are as long as a tv tray.
I hate you..

Haha, it was carrot cake, and I'm just going by FitDay's preloaded nutrition info... it was a BIG piece from a local bakery known for using unhealthy ingredients and making very dense baked goods... I figure the piece was about 8oz, which FitDay says has 924 calories. I hope you're right though... it does seem like a lot.
