    5x5 exercise questions

I am having a hard time finding back exercises for my 5x5 session on back day. I cant do anything like deads, bent over rows because i have a mild herniation in my l4-l5 disc in my back. Any suggestions????? Looking to gain a wider/fuller looking back. Thanks all....

Chest supported rows, and type of cable of machine row, fat guy pullups (heels on the ground pulling your body from the floor to a bar, almost set up like a reverse floor press) or simply DB rows.

Echoing the above. Pullups. Seated cable rows (keep your back straight). Pull downs (keep your back straight). DB rows.

That is a tough injury. You really want to rehab that before pushing it with lower back work.
