Leaving deadlifts last will perpetually limit your forearm strength...
Just keep training deadlift first, its a formidable lift and should be treated with respect and dignity. In time the forearms will get stronger mate.~~~~~~~~~~

Grip with one hand facing in and one facing out. I have really weak forearms and I don't have any problems using this grip.

use straps or
mixed grip with chalk
And if you dont feel your forearms are getting strong enough do a forearm workout
Exercises for them:
Deadlifts
Static holds
Wrist curls
Reverse wrist curls
Hand grips
FAT Grips
Static hangs from pull up bar
the list goes on!Goal - keep lifting - get bigger - get stronger - result

Use straps on your heaviest sets ( ie not your warm-ups). This will save your grip strength. Your main goal with a back workout is to stimulate muscle growth in the back, not work on your grip. Not saying to use straps on every set though. If you feel the need you can add direct forearm work in a different workout.

I prefer deadlifts last in my workouts.
Doing deads first kills me for the rest of my workout, while doing them last only has minimal impact on my dead ability.
Get straps I say unless you need to prep for a power lifting competition. Hell, even then you can use straps most of the time, as long as you make sure your mixed grip w/ chalk an compare (usually they are the same for most).-

i do deadlifts last, given i have genetically big forearms, and i dont find it to hinder my ability to lift at all. to the contary i feel it helps because i have fully streched and warmed my back before doing my most important lift on back days.

Deadlifts first....no straps....with time, you will get stronger. Yes it may be easier to lift with straps and you might be able to lift a higher load, but in the long run, you have just taken the muscles that you need to strengthen out of the equation.
