Thats right folks...this log will consist of using 5 different Betancourt products. I was lucky enough to get chosen and receive free products for Betancourt, so I decided to invest my money back into them and pick up 2 containers of Big Blend for this log. I would also greatly like to thank the Betancourt team for allowing me to have this opportunity.
This log consist of:
2 Adaptodrens...consisting of 3 caps in the morning and 4 at night
1 Phosflex...which will be taken usually Pre workout
1 Choco-latte Big Blend
1 Vanilla Cappuccino
In this log, I will write a review for both Big Blends and the flavoring of the Phosflex...all in this thread.
This will be a very special log considering everything at hand.
With Adaptodren, I will be commenting in this log for strength, size and leanness, and libido.
For Phosflex....I recently came off of Creatine Rt as well as Orange Triad...OT realllllly helped me with my joint pain, especially in my elbow. Therefore I will document how my joints feel since Phosflex has a joint compound. I will also be looking for belatedness...some creatines in the past have really done a number on my stomach.
The Big Blends will both be for meal replacements and post workout.

Tomorrows the big deal...day 1!
Upon waking, I will weight myself and run a body fat test to see where I am starting at.
I'd like to try and convince my gf to take some progression pics of me, well see what she says lol. She thinks I spend too much time on here anyway...
Through this log, I will be posting all kinds of things....
Some of my diet, pics of my food, random thoughts, some of my lifts...and also my impressions of the supplements that i will be taking.
If you've read my logs/reviews, you'd know I am brutally honest on here, so if at the end of this log, I feel that adaptodren isn't doing anything, Ill say it. But if I get amazing results from it, I will recommend it to everyone as well.
If anybody has any questions or anything they'd like me to write about...please feel free to post in this threadHere to help!

I am actually searching for a new workout that'll help me keep size and trim a bit of fat, so if you have any recommendations please let me know.
Right now my split looks something like this however i constantly switch it up:
Day 1: Chest, Cardio
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Cardio
Day 6: Arms
Day 7: Off
I love volume training...I normally don't get too tired in the gym. When I was younger, I used to go everyday and spend too much time in the gym, eventually leading to overtraining which negated my workouts.
I also really like FST-7...may do that soon...just open to new ideas for workouts that are generally 6 days a week. Here to help!

I'm subbed sorry I'm late my schedule is madness these days , anyway as far as dosing you are welcome to play with it but personally I like to split my adaptodren doses 3caps in the morning or preworkout then a 2nd dose 4 caps pre bed , phosflex can be taken either way but for the best recovery i think taking it immediately post workout is best -I usually take it soon as I'm done lifting then do some cardio and bigblend after that
one mind , one body, one chance to make it happen

these damn progression pics from my phone aren't working right now...anyway. i am at about 185 @ 5'10''. I feel nearly as big as I've ever been. I tried bulking which worked. Every body part of my body grew in size. I used to wear a medium and now no way can fit in a medium. I look GREAT in a t-shirt, but if i take my shirt off, you see a bit of gut.
it is so complicated to get big and stay lean at the same time, naturally.
I'm used to eating a lot now. going to be tough to adapt and change, but i really hate having this little belly.
My training partners say i have it great for the average person in society. I look great in a shirt, yet have a lil belly. With a shirt on, you would think i had abs which is awesome, however personally i hate the part of having a belly. but to lean up, id have to lose some of my size which i really don't want to do.
I'm hoping this is were ADAPTODREN really helps me out...lose some BF and gain a little more muscleHere to help!
