    Question Targeting the Lower Biceps

    First of all, we all know there are only 2 heads of the biceps!! What I'm referring to is the lower biceps area, since you can hit different angles of the biceps such as the peak, the upper biceps, the lower biceps, the inner and outter biceps.

    Alright, I never had a good lower biceps because of by genetics, my muscle belly is all about a peaked biceps, I have a crappy lower biceps. I already did preacher curls and nothing, I also did 21's, 30's, 12's and still nothing... What do you guys recommend to really pop out the lower biceps region and make it highly visible when I have a shirt on.

    I'm assuming you mean the portion of the bicep head closest to the inner elbow joint. I notice I get a swell here when I do a partial rep on the preacher curl machine. In other words, almost like a 1/4 curl and just hold both arms up until you can't.

    I do hammer, preacher, straight bar, dumb bell, barbell, etc though. It just takes time.

    Bro, you know there are exercises to hit the peak of the biceps like spider curls, concentration curls etc. I thought the biceps are just 2 heads (short and long head + the brachiallis). I'm talking about the AREA of the biceps, the area.

    Ok well, most of my biceps mass is close to my delts and I have a poor amount of mass close to my elbow and I see tons of people that have a greater amount of mass in that area. I curl 50's for arounf 10 reps, it might not be that much but anyway.. that's what I curl.

    Make sure you go ALL the way down on your curls. Helped me to most. Especially on one arm preacher curls.

    Yeah it kinda sucks, but what can you do? I got lucky, short Lee Priest style bicep insertions



    I could get a bicep peak jerking off. I suppose it's a trade off for being shorter than the average woman.
