    hitched deadlift

    Two questions really

when u go for ur heavier sets do u hitch when deadlifting or do u keep the weight to one which u can do without hitching?

And if u end up hitching do u still count the rep like any other?

I use one weight for all my sets, so they're always heavy, and I don't usually hitch. If I do, I'll count that rep & take a couple of seconds to re-adjust my form & grip before starting the next rep.

I've never hitched a rep in my life, and I don't plan on it. That **** looks painful.

I don't hitch and if I did, I probably wouldn't count it. I like good form on deadlifts. Anything short of that and you're asking for an injury.
