bigger then that, unless your playing a position in a sport like a lineman.
Lettuce be reality at 5'5" 160 lbs and lean you are quite built and by no means skinny.
But you are also not a huge slob either.
You would have strong lifts, alot of 5'5" 160 lbs lean guys are putting up these around these numbers...
3 plate bench.
5 plate squat
6 plate deadlift
RAW.
Like this guy
You would be a strong and powerful athlete and be able to throw a baseball 97 mph and have a vertical leap of almost 39 inches like this guy...
With an almost 39 inch vertical leap, even as a manlet with manlet arm length you would still be easily able to dunk.
So you might be saying to yourself, ok great big woop if you were bigger you would probably be able to dunk easier, if you were bigger you would be able to put up bigger weight, if you were bigger you would be able to throw harder right?
Wrong, see that isn't the only advantage to that size.
Your big enough muscle wise to be very strong and built, but your frame is still light and your still light enough that you can...
run the second fastest 40 yard dash in NFL HISTORY
And you could also run for distances as well, since a 160 lbs body wouldn't hinder you from running miles.
Also you would be an absolute beast in bodyweight movements like this guy...
So to wrap it up.
Being 5'5" 160 lbs lean you have the advantages of...
Being strong
Being powerful
Being explosive
Being fast
Having good strength to bodyweight ratio
Being a good runner
Being good at bodyweight skills
Being an amazing athlete.
Good foodwork
Good center of gravity
Good coordination
Good movement
Good flexibility
Basically an amazing athlete.
Yes, this does not work for everyone. Some people would need to specialize, for example a lineman would need to be alot heavier and alot stronger.
A long distance runner would need to be alot lighter.
A guy who picks berries off of a tree would need to be taller.
But for 98.9% of the misc and 99.9% of the human population 5'5" 160 lbs lean, would
have more then enough strength, and alot of great athletic extras.
Also in terms of aesthetics...

im kinda thinking 5'9 around 185 lean would be ideal for a man (no homo)
coming from a fellow manlet, 5'5, 5'6 and lower shouldnt really be used with the word 'ideal' imo*80 pushups before going anywhere in public crew*
*manlets who somehow get laid crew*
*8 mph over the speed limit at all times, no matter what crew*
*enjoy our shirts shrinking in the dryer so they're tighter around our arms crew*
*bring a sack lunch to work and throw it away every single time crew*
*biceps bigger than quads crew*
*bears, bulls, cubbies, hawks crew*

I'll take decent size and looking athletic over being large and stiff any day. The notches on my belt made a pretty big leap, when i decided to lean up, just saying.
