Hey teen section, bear with me, this may turn out to be a rather long thread.
I am currently on a four day split of chest, back/legs, shoulders, and arms. Although I am liking it and seeing some gains, I feel that I need to switch it up and go back to my old ways of an upper/lower / push/pull mix.
I plan on doing an ABxABxxABxABxx program.
Workout A: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, and Abs.
Bench Press (pyramid training so reps vary each workout: works very well for me)
DB Incline Press: 3 Sets 8-12
DB Shoulder Press: 3 sets 8-12
BB Upright Rows: 3 sets 8-12
EZ-Bar Skull Crushers: 3x8-12
Bent-Over DB Raises: 3x10-15
Close-Grip Press: 3x6-12 (Or Dips, if not a shoulder or triceps accessory exercise that I can switch up)
Crunches/Abs
Workout B: Legs, Back, Biceps, and Forearms. **NOTE: I will not be able to squat for now due to medical reasons and I will not argue about it. I need a supplemental leg workout to replace squats**
Deadlifts: 3x5 or 5, 5, 3, 1 (I may do DL once a week, skeptical of twice a week)
Lat Pulldowns: 3x10
Superset of Bent-Over Rows/Reverse-Grip Rows: 3x6-12
Leg Extensions: 3x10
Machine Leg Curls: 3x10
EZ-Bar Curls: 4x6-12
DB Hammer Curls: 3x10
Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 3x10 (Or pullups/chinups to close out the day)
**My legs have been mucho neglecto due to medical reasons and laziness, so help me out on there**
I have used something very similar in the past, I just changed a few of the accessory exercises and switched up the rep range from the standard 3x10/4x10
**SUPPLEMENT ADVICE**
I am currently using Dymatize Elite Gourmet and soon enough I will need to get some more whey when I run out. BB.com is running a pretty decent sale on Gaspari Nutrition's IntraPro Whey Isolate. What is your opinion on it? Or what whey's do you recommend best?
Also, I haven't used a preworkout supplement before but I am considering using one. I don't want one that doesn't work, or one that I need to "find my tolerance" of 1-3 scoops that haves me ending up wasting money on 3 scoops per use. I hear that White Flood, Jack3d (yet you have to stop for a while or w.e after so long), and Assault are good. BB.com is offering a Dymatize Preworkout with some Creatine so anyone use/aware of that product? I am looking for a good working, relatively cheap per serving preworkout supplement that will do its job without relatively bad side effects.
So yeah, sorry for the long read but criticism and advice is appreciated, whether it is good or bad. Thanks.

I have been on a four day split and I haven't been too fond of it. I have done a similar program in the past and I like it more. I want increase the frequency of my big lifts, and everything in general, so I can work on my strength. I could be stronger at 203 (more or less).
Also, should I be deadlifting once a week, or twice a week?
