I have biceps like a male gymnast...

...and chest and triceps like a slack jawed *******. I'v got a bum shoulder(rotator cuff) that limits me a bit.

Any good exercises that take the strain off the shoulder when doing chest and tri's?

thats a tough... shoulder problems can mess up any upper body movement... they are used as stabilizers or secondary muscle in almost every movement... just find find what hurts "less" and stick with that and hopefully your shoulders get better

Decline bench seems to help. Try to use chains if you can. Don't go down to your chest on a press, to 90deg. Tuck your shoulder blades in and arch your back. Flys are pretty pointless I've found.

I'm basically down to doing pushups as an upper body exercise. I can usually position my hands one way or another to take the pain away.

Maybe it's just time for a break and try to let it heal up. I guess I'm not getting much gains by doing what I'm doing so maybe taking a break is whats best.

That's actually a good idea. I think the angle of the decline will help quite a bit. I'm retarded for not thinking of that
