My diet is the same. The only difference is I added DAA in the morning and beta alanine to my post workout shake. I had already been taking creatine but that's it. I don't know if both have helped adding the weight or one specifically. When I say 10 lbs I'm talking majority lean. I haven't noticed any extra fat to be honest. Anyone else experience these gains with DAA(primaforce) or beta alanine?
