    Up 10 pounds in 4 weeks by adding 2 supps

    My diet is the same. The only difference is I added DAA in the morning and beta alanine to my post workout shake. I had already been taking creatine but that's it. I don't know if both have helped adding the weight or one specifically. When I say 10 lbs I'm talking majority lean. I haven't noticed any extra fat to be honest. Anyone else experience these gains with DAA(primaforce) or beta alanine?

    I'm still curious as to which of the two supps is having the most effect? Any ideas? Remember the diet hasn't changed.

    I doubt 2 tbsps of dextrose (about 18grams) is enough to cause an insulin spike if thats what your going for. Most who do insulin spiking advocate for 2:1 ratio of fast carbs (like dex) to protein (like whey)
