Hi guys new to the forum
Couple of years back i was hard at the weights and built a nice chest and arms etc, i then stopped and lost abit of size but also lost my chest muscle and have what people say "tits", now i didnt have pecs before but could tell i had some form of pecs not just tits, i was that concerned i went to the doctors thinking i had gyno, but was told i dont, as i dont have puffy nipples etc
Im 6ft tall, weigh 16 stones, and the last time i measured my bf i was 22% 6 months ago.
The question is, what excersies can i do to loose my tit "chest" fat? When people comment on them i do get abit embarrsed and im not even a fat lad.
Any advise will.be great
