Horrible Muscle cramps during ab exercises. Almost passed out

It was bad. It didnt hurt, it just gripped by Lower ab side where i have some extra fat. It held it cramped for about 10 sec i thought i was gonna pass out from pain. It kind off disorientated me.

What the hell was that? Anybody? It happens on the level with belly button, i was doing the crouches with my legs up on the Ball.

I take GlycerGrow if thats any of the help?

Thank you. Please help here, its kind of frightening becoz if it dont let go for another 2-6 seconds i can probably pass out.

    Are your abs weak?

Crunches are too easy, you should train your abs for strength, like everything else.

    Is the pain gone?

Most supps are a scam, beyond

    multivits
    multiminerals
creatine mono(mightn't need if you eat enough meat and fish)

Maybe zinc if you sweat a lot, or your diet lacks red meat and shellfish.

Milk is the best protein supplement, billions of baby mammals can't be wrong.

Beyond novice, 5 3 1 or see above:)

Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).
