okay so i have heard that you should eat 5-6 small meals a day, perferably 3 hours apart
i also heard about eating 3 big meals a day with around 2-3 small meals a day. Anyways would this work a little better.
just mainly for the preparation. Its easier to make 3 good nutritious big meals. Than 6 throughout the day. I will still be eating snacks but a little less healthier, but i will still have my calorie intake anyways. Just in general will 3 big meals and 2-3 small snacks work
Ex:
Meal 1 10:00- 800 calories
Meal 2 1:00- 400 calories
Meal 3 4:00- 800 calories
Meal 4 7:00- 800 calories
Meal 5 10:00- 400 calories
Meal 6 12:00- 200 calories
But ya do you guys think this will work or not
I want to eat 3 big meals than 3 small meals.. Will this work

You need to eat every 2 1/2 hours, not 3 otherwise all your muscles you built will disappear so it will be pointless going to the gym............................................... .................................................. .....

I get a good chuckle in scrolling down these threads to see the same people coming up with funnier and more interesting ways to sarcastically answer these uninformed questions... hahaha.
On the real OP, everyone above is just messing with you because they are sick of people asking uninformed questions over and over again that are all addressed in the nutrition stickies. Eating 1 meal or 10 meals makes no difference at all. It is calories in/calories out that determines whether you gain or lose weight. I usually eat only 2 meals a day for convenience and the feeling of being extremely full with 1k+ calorie meals... Read the stickies for real. You can learn a lot.
