So I've learned a ton from reading the stickies and am totally into tracking all the things I eat. I've also started myself on the Keto diet and am having fun eating natty PB, sushi, and all that good stuff.
It's the end of the day and I've found that I'm about 40g short of fats. I was considering eating some cheese but I was wondering if it was better off to call it a day and go to bed.
I don't feel hungry or anything but I just wanted to make sure that there aren't any disadvantages of not meeting macros. Also, would it be better to go slightly over? (That cheese I was debating would put add some excess protein to my macro limit.)

Why do you have a macro limit on protein? The only limit in IIFYM is a total calorie limit.
