Red's should not be allowed to start threads, only post in them.
THat way they participate in the misc, in accordance with their whims and desires.
And we wont be wasted by a million dumbass threads full of stupid ****.

how bout new rule: you have to have at least a 1000 rep power to start a thread. others can only post in them....that way we don't have to listen to threads like OP's. and waste my time.
