Alright so today was my first day with my schools workout and conditioning program. it says to lift monday tuesday thursday and friday. But before i got this workout plan i usually just did the same workouts their telling me to do on tuesday and thursday on wensday and just combine it. do you think this matters? if its really a big difference and 4 days is better then 3 ill lift 4 but the problem is i lift at my school with the football team, so if i lift on tuesday ill be doing squats and have no one to spot me because usually theres just a bunch of dousche bags in my school weight room on tuesdays and thursdays lol. so does it reall matter if i combine it to 3 days or should i just keep it 4.

the program is most likely designed to be used in 4 day splits not 3! use the program like directed!

if ur concern is someone spotting you just ask someone to come over and spot you. Yes it does matter. Your workout got you through high school...the college workout is gonna get you through college. the people that designed it know what they are doing.
