    Starting Strengh ?

    What exactly is it and is it better than just doing, legs one day, chest next, arms next ect.

    if u wanna gain strength do it...its a good beginner routine casue u build a strong strength base then switch onto a split once u stop gaining from SS

    bruv you should start with a strength routine always, so either SS or madcows or any 5x5 really, or some of ironaddicts routines cos they are quite good too, frequency and intensity=hench mandem

    1x5 Deadlift

    Workout B
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Press
    5x3 Power cleans
    Workouts A and B alternate on 3 non-consecutive days per week.
