What exactly is it and is it better than just doing, legs one day, chest next, arms next ect.

if u wanna gain strength do it...its a good beginner routine casue u build a strong strength base then switch onto a split once u stop gaining from SS

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Press
5x3 Power cleans
