    Question Incline/Decline Flyes which is better?

    What is the difference? Is one really better than the other? Thanks

    Man I've never seen anyone do decline flies. Go with incline because more of the "actual weight" is being pressed towards the ground do to gravity. In other words. Decline bench is easier that regular and incline. (I can rep out 270lb on decline, but its my Max on regular) same applies for flies. I would go with the harder excersise to be honest

    Incline flies if I had to choose one but I prefer cable flies.

    I actually do both. I superset them with incline and decline bench. Gotten some good gains this way.

    Depends what you're trying to target. Almost my entire chest routine atm is incline.

    Both work out different sections of the pectorals, and will shape your chest differently.

    I'd rather do incline flys then decline (cause my upper chest is crap, as u can see in my avi, which is also crap), but that's IMO. Your choice mate

    I do flat flies and incline I usually change it up every week but I usually always do them in the middle to allow more blood flow into the chest to get more volume.
