    Did you experience this on IF?

    I tried IF for a little while, and the fasting window was a piece of cake. It was very easy to not eat because I was in "fasting mode." The problem I experienced was that during the feeding window I almost couldn't control myself. I tried 2 big 1k meals a day, tried 3 6-700 cal meals a day, tried eating every 2 hours, I could never be satisfied.

    Just wondering if anyone experience this and it went away, or do you think IF just isn't for me?

    yeah my first meal is like 1600 calories and my 2nd meal is 800. it's all good man. as for satisfaction? more protein.

    You might just be like me and have a huge appetite. I can eat 4k cals in one meal and still be jonesing for more. I suggest maybe trying less calorie dense/filling foods.

    Well if I eat more then I won't lose weight. Seeing as I'm trying to cut, I'd like to lose weight. Thanks for attempting to give me advice though.

    Yup, that's me in a nutshell. Eating as filling foods as I can. Big spinach salads, bags of broccoli, etc. Maybe IF just isn't for me. I've been eating normally over the past few days and feel that I can regulate myself better if I'm not inside of a "feeding window."
