Hi, I'm a forum.bodybuilding.com member and I'm here to tell you that even though Jason Huh is a professional bodybuilder he doesn't know how to properly train. After all, he's just a professional bodybuilder who lives and breathes bodybuilding 24/7 while I focus my mind on much more important things like my online forum reputation which is probably the most important aspect of my life. But enough about me let's criticize pro bodybuilder Jason Huh.
Look at this picture of him, he has a huge distended gut and he obviously lacks real mass especially in his lower body, he REALLY needs to bring up those lagging quads and his lack of size was evident when he stood next to legit mass monster Robert Burneika and not only did Burneika make Huh look like a 12 year old girl scout, Burneika came in 1st place beating Huh in the process. Not only that I think me and every other forum.bodybuilding.com member has the level of physique to stand next to Jason Huh and look bigger and better than him, that's why we all should criticize him.
Jason Huh obviously doesn't know how to train, we need to get his email so we can send him the bodybuilding bible with the bodybuilding commandments because the ONLY way a muscle will grow is if you follow the bodybuilding commandments which were written on stone 3000 years ago by supreme hebrew intellect Abraham.
How dare he use a partial range of motion, does he not know that the ONLY way a muscle grows is when they are trained with a full range of motion due to the fact that whenever a full range of motion is executed, the JU99 enzyme is activated within the targeted muscle stimulating hypertrophy. Partial range of motion does not activate the JU99 enzyme so therefore partial range of motion is completely reduntant when compared to full range of motion and this is proven by science.
And theres NO freaking way hes 300lbs in the off-season because my hero Jay Cutler is 300lb pounds in the off season and Huh is only 5'4 which is why he was holding 2 45lb plates during his weigh in. As I mentioned before Huh looked like he didn't even belong on stage when he stood next to legit mass monster Burneika so that proves it. Huh is obviously lying about his weight, I know we were criticizing him for being boring and I noticed that he was acting too arrogant in this new video so even though he wasn't boring in this video I will still criticize him because I'm a skinny white guy with ****ty genetics and I will never be as big as Jason Huh even if I took 3 times the amount of steroids he takes and trained with picture perfect form on every single rep of every single set.

Hi, typical forum.bodybuilding.com poster here.
I don't know what universe Jason Huh lives in but he needs to come live in the real world where everybody on a bodybuilding forum knows how to train better than the pros. In this same world you can go the sports section forum and you will find that every other guy there runs a sub 4.3 40.
Who cares about the fact that the human body is an extremely complicated biological organism and that there are multiple factors in training that contributes to the facilitation of muscle growth, who cares about things like maintaining constant tension on the muscle, emphasizing the stretch portion of the movement, controlling the negatives, etc. The only thing that matters is full range of motion because that's how my hero Ronnie Coleman trained and it's the only way to train and the only reason why Ronnie Coleman was so huge is because he trained with a full range of motion on every single rep of every single exercise.
I really hope that Jason Huh comes in last at the NY Pro because he doesn't train with a full range of motion. I've been training full range of motion for over a decade now and my physique still sucks but I go in the IFBB section and criticize Jason Huh to make myself feel better.
