The Stack to End All Stacks: Boxer757's HD/MFX/GB/WB/GG/PW/YN/XF/E-bol Log
THE STACK TO END ALL STACKS
Hey everybody welcome to my log!
A little background on me:
DISCLAIMER: skip down to “My Goals” if you would like, I can get a little long winded now and then, this is only for those of you who really want to know my background:
I have been training with free weights since the 7th grade (12 years old) when my dad bought me a basic bench and Olympic barbell and set it up in our garage.
In high school I got much more serious about lifting. I was lifting for strength/speed/power as I was in multiple sports (football, lacrosse, wrestling, shot put). We rarely even went up to 8 reps and usually resided in the 3-6 repetition range with a lot of explosive exercises you would expect in a football program. I lifted for sport, I wanted a scholarship. I started at offensive guard and played about half the game at defensive tackle. I was one of the strongest on the team (5a Texas football, in our district we played against the nationally ranked #1 and #17 teams along with some other very quality opponents.) I weighed in around 230 lbs. give or take and ran a 4.61 sec. 40 yd dash but sadly I couldn’t move to linebacker or full back where I really wished to play because we just didn’t have very many big guys by the standards of Texas high school football. The average weight of offensive lines on most of the teams we played: 280-320 lbs. Our offensive lines average weight: 235 lbs… Oh well.
After the end of my senior season I had made up my mind that I did not want to play college ball, my heart just wasn’t in it anymore, and I had to start seriously focusing on my future i.e., focusing more on academic pursuits and getting a good job.
I still loved to lift though and went to trainer whom I have great respect for (he has been a competitive body builder for years and has trained a lot of really successful competitors) and got him to make me a workout that was more body-building oriented.
I have used a combination of what he taught me, my own athletic training experience, and the things I have picked up over the years that work for me.
I kept a log that I revisited from time to time but it was fairly inconsistent and has been long dead, here it is if you wish to look at it, you can get an idea of what I was lifting when in good shape…
My old log
Former Stats:
1RM Bench Press: 350lbs. at end of pyramid
^ 3/06… Haven’t maxed since b/c I no longer have a workout partner But my buddy just transferred so hopefully I can max out for you guys! I estimate my current max being approx. 300-315lbs.
1RM Squat: 425lbs.
1RM Power Clean: 300lbs.
1RM Dead lift: 465lbs.
^These are all from a little over 2 yrs ago as I haven’t really maxed any of these lifts since I stopped athletic competition. It’s just to give you an idea of where I was at when training purely for strength.
Top Weight: 253lbs.
^3/06
I am currently a sophomore and a “half” in college and I’m sorry to say I have been in the worst slump of my lifting experience.
Last summer I quit lifting as I was on vacation and there was no where to go. Upon my return I dated a girl who was nothing but trouble… I was kept out late, partied too much, and was just downright distracted by her crazy drama. We broke up early in the semester when college started (diff schools, and she was… well… nvm, I don’t need to bitch about that here.) But I never really got my workout habits back and I have since been going to the gym very sporadically and have been eating like crap. But I have been changing that the past few weeks…
So this, my friends, is my rebirth. I am going to do all I can to get back to living the good life.
My Goals:
Basically I am aiming for body re-composition. I was tempted to cut because I have gotten soft but I realize that first I need to get back to a state where I have a good lean muscle mass as a base. Then I can worry about the fat.
Therefore I will be going for a very clean bulk.
I welcome any strength gains though they are not my #1 priority (but who doesn’t like to be stronger?). Not sure If I will do maxes or not, but I will do a (hopefully) heavy pyramid at some point. It all depends on if I can get my damn friends into the weight room!
My Adversity:
There are trials and tribulations that all must deal with when trying to build a better body. Some of mine:
-Time: I am taking 18 hours of classes at a very good university and my grades are my #1 priority, no exceptions. Obviously all the class time plus the homework assignments are going to make it very challenging to eat right, get enough sleep, and even make it to the gym some days.
-Food: My family is Cajun. We LOVE food. I was raised to eat whatever I want and however much of it I want. We would go out to eat every night. I would eat an appetizer, a huge meal, and dessert. My friends always want to eat drive through and I would get two large meals and eat all of it. I’ll sit down and put away a 16” pizza and 2 liter Dr Pepper all by myself. I am amazed I’m not obese by now. During football this was no big deal, I had to put on as much weight as possible playing on the line, but now I can feel it catching up with me and it will be a struggle to eat clean, but I have been doing it for a couple weeks now and I feel confident that I can stick with it.
-Friends: I love my friends. They stick with me through thick and thin and I could not ask for better people in my life. But none of them are dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. They drink excessive amounts of beer/hard liquor, smoke, eat like crap, etc. I don’t have any problem with them doing these things, live and let live, but the pressure can be immense when you are surrounded by it 24/7. My Workout:
I will log them when I have time and you will see what specific exercises I do.
My workouts will be bodybuilding oriented and I will mix it up from time to time. I will start out with most exercises in the 10-12 rep range and will most likely drop to lower reps/higher weight when I feel it is time.
I will get this out of the way now. I am going to miss some workouts and I will have some bad ones due to lack of sleep. There are just not enough hours in the day for me right now, even if I manage my time immaculately I cannot keep a perfect schedule and as I have said before, everything takes a backseat to school. I will do everything I can to be as consistent as possible, but we’re all human.
My Diet:
I’ll try to keep my diet around 4,000 calories all coming from lean healthy foods.
I will add in some variety here or there to spice it up but here’s what a typical day might look like:
-3 small lean breakfast steaks. ¾ cup of oats with a dash of salt and about a tsp of all natural honey.
-Protein bar or shake and some fruit
-Grilled chicken salad with a small amount of light ranch dressing.
-Chicken breast, long grain brown rice
-Lean ground beef or buffalo on a whole wheat bun with a little non-fat cheese and salt
-Cottage cheese with fruit or plain yogurt with fruit. ^that would be a typical day’s intake. I will switch some things out now and then with things such as an apple with peanut butter, oat/pb/whey mix, turkey or chicken in a whole wheat pita with a little cheese, canned salmon, etc. 5-8 meals a day is the goal.
I will allow a “cheat” meal once a week.
Liquid intake:
Water, H2O, aqua! Lots of it! I will have some pomegranate juice now and then. I also mix Crystal Light in my water from time to time (5 calories per 8oz and no sugar).
Current Stats:
Age: 19
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 232 lbs
Arms: 16”
Chest: 47”
Waist: 38”
Quads: 26.75”
Calves: 17”
Forearms: 13.5”
Neck: 18.5”
^everything is symmetrical.

Continued...
The Goods:
These supplements will be the basis of the stack.
I have heard great things through and through about Controlled Labs products and therefore will be stacking quite a few of them.
2 bottles of Green Bulge
2 bottles of White Blood
1 tub of GlycerGrow
1 tub of Purple Wraath
1 bottle of Yellow nEuph ria I will be using Anabolic Xtreme’s Mass Stack a.k.a. Hyperdrol and MassFX.
1 bottle of Hyperdrol
1 bottle of MassFX After I am finished with the HD/MFX stack I will move into a XF/E-bol stack.
2 Bottles of X-Factor
2 bottles of E-bol
Other supplements:
-2 boxes of Sustain bars
-Another tub of Purple Wraath
-1 tub of GreenMag…
^Some have expressed the concern that due to my size the 7 pills a day of Green Bulge may not be enough. I don’t think this will be the case but I will have GM on hand so that if the GB dosage is too low I can increase it and pick up the back end of the stack with GM. Hopefully I will be able to assess the potency of the GB and get some guidance from the CL reps if I or they feel that my creatine intake should be increased.
-1 bottle Yellow nEuphoria…
I will take this sporadically as is needed. (though I do get tired/cranky quite often )
-Met-RX MRP Chocolate, the old school white packet kind
-ON 100% Whey
-Multi Vitamin
-Melting Point (about 1/3 of a bottle left)
-SciActivation Sesamin
-Calcium
-Vitamin C
-Vitamin B6
How I will run the supplements:
Phase 1:
GB- 7 caps a day for 43 days
WB- 4 caps a day for 45 days
GG- 2-4 scoops on workout days
PW- 1-2 scoops on workout days
Hyperdrol- 3 pills a day for for 30 days
MassFX- 4 pills a day for 30 days
As soon as the HD/MFX is done I will begin to run the E-bol 6 pills a day for 10 days and then run the X-factor/E-bol together for 50 days.
Phase 2:
Will begin 40 days after the beginning of the stack.
X-factor- 4 pills a day for 50 days
E-bol- 6 pills a day for 50 days
PW- 1-2 scoops on workout days
GG- maybe on workout days, will assess tolerance
The purpose of this log is not to give a review of any specific product. I will try to assess the effects of the separate products as best I can but with this many supplements stacked together I most likely cannot give a fair review of one particular supplement. I am simply looking for results.
This log is not sponsored, I paid for all of these supplements out of my own pocket and I am not a rep for Controlled Labs, Anabolic Xtreme, Molecular Nutrition, or any other company. (though I am available for hire )
Tomorrow 2/05/07 begins Phase 1
Everyone feel free to come along for the ride, I appreciate all the support that I can get and value you’re advice and encouragement!

Phase 1
Phase 1:
6:00am-Meal 1:1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX / 7 GB
6:30-45am: GG pre-workout
7:00am:Workout: Purple Wraath during workout
8:30-9:00am-Meal 2: Post work out shake
10:30am-Meal 3: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX
1:00pm-Meal 4
4:00pm-Meal 5: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX
7:00pm-Meal 6: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX
10:00pm-Meal 7: 4 WB right before bed
Here would be a different timeframe I would have to follow sometimes as my schedule can get a bit hectic:
11:00am-Meal 1: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX
1:00pm-Meal 2
4:00pm-Meal 3: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX
6:00pm-Meal 4: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX / 7 GB
6:30-45pm: GG pre-workout
7:00pm: Workout, Purple Wraath during workout
9:00pm-Meal 5: 1 Hyperdrol / 1 MassFX
11:00pm-Meal 6: 4 WB right before bed
I will be taking the White Blood before bed initially since I am going to be taking so many supplements pre-workout. I will experiment with taking it pre-workout as well though.

I believe so! I have talked to some of the reps about it and they gave me the go-ahead.
I mean, I know guys who are stacking 4 different kinds of 'roids and taking supps to boot. Not that they are going to be ok, but ya know...
Thanks for the good luck wishes!

To get all these supplements, I'll need quite a lot of cash & a big cupboard.
For that, I will pray over a shooting star and wish that I have a very rich uncle called Scrooge.
Good luck with your stack!

Day 1
Morning Weight: 229.2lbs.
-Squats: 3x12 @ 275lbs.
I squat ass-to-grass. First set felt good, pretty normal. About halfway through the second set I started feeling a tingling sensation that I would assume is from the PW. It wasn’t unpleasant or anything, just sort of odd. It seemed that the harder I pushed the more tingling I felt as if it were directly related to the effort… maybe something to do with blood flow? -Standing Calf Raises: 3x15 @ 315lbs.
Felt good, nothing unusual really. The last few reps of the 3rd set I did feel more pump than usual in my calves and actually up into my glutes which I can’t recall happening before. -Leg Extensions: 3x12 @ 125lbs.
Felt good, pretty normal feeling. I think I need to up the weight next time though, it didn’t quite hit the quads how I wanted it to. -Leg Curls: 1x12 @ 120lbs.
2x12 @ 130lbs. Felt pretty good, nothing unusual to note. -Swiss Ball Crunches: 1x50
1x30
1x50 -Cybex Torso Rotator (or something like that lol): 3x15 @ 6th peg to each side
Thoughts:
-Mass FX pills are blue! That kind of excited me for some reason…
- White Blood I took my first serving before bed last night, no complications with sleep or anything.
- GlycerGrow- I took 2 scoops pre-workout. The scoop is tiny, just a random observation lol I just dumped it in my mouth and chased it with some water, you have to swish the water around though because it is definitely hydrophobic. Not bad at all though, tasteless. I’ll increase the dose tomorrow.
- Purple Wraath- I had trouble getting it to mix at first and the taste was pretty strong, sort of bitter with a sweet after taste. It’s not really that bad though once to get accustomed to it. I just kept watering it down throughout the workout and it was no big deal.
-Nothing to say really about the Hyperdrol, Mass FX, Green Bulge, or White Blood… too early to notice any effects.
-I did feel really aggressive during the workout today, I was walking around with a pretty mean scowl and I think I scared off a couple of people lol But I won’t necessarily attribute that to any of the supplements yet.
- Yellow nEuph ria- I took two pills Saturday night before I went out because I was feeling pretty tired. Went to a local hangout with on of my buddies. I could feel it doing something though I didn’t really know what, it was pretty subtle… At one point in the night this lady and her husband imposed on my friend and I. We were just chillin’ trying to have a good time and she wanted to berate us about politics. My friend is the typical young-adult, meaning he doesn’t know a damn thing lol I am pretty well read and keep up with current events, I’ve taken political science courses, government courses, history courses, and tada; debate. This lady was trying to bully us and make us sound like dumb clueless college kids. Normally I’m very chill and I wouldn’t have done a damn thing. But suddenly we just started going back and forth debating about certain political situations and even got into the whole broader world view kind of nonsense. I was matching them blow for blow however. I think they were a bit shocked to have a 19 year old who had a strong opinion and could back it up with valid points… they sure couldn’t.
After they’d had enough and took of my friend was like “Where the hell did that come from?” and I just replied “I dunno I read a lot.” lol but the point is I didn’t even really realize what I was doing… it was like I was autopilot the whole time, not that I couldn’t control… I guess it really did just clear my head and everything was just flowing you know
Maybe it was just a coincidence but I think it had something to do with the YN.
On a side note: I got a date with this girl that I have been eyeing for a very long time… needless to say I am quite excited. She better look out when that MassFX kicks in
That’s it for now. I welcome any questions or suggestions on how to make the log better, I’ll do what I can to keep ya’ll interested!

Chicken breast is delicious food.
