I'm like 5'9. Not sure what weight (not sure I wanna know). I have a lean build but just I have a belly, small moobs and face fat. Can anyone give me advice on how to turn things around and be confident in a T-Shirt. Btw I'm like a novice at all this fitness/body building stuff so any advice would be greatly appreciated

To be truthful I have virtually no experience of training with weights, but I can advise you of what I did and then it's up to you if you'd like to take that advice or not.
When I was "skinnyfat", which is how you would probably be described now, I found that the best thing to do was eat at a caloric loss, specifically three meals of chicken salad each day (8am, 12pm, 5pm) and extensive bodyweight training. I'd do 100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups, 50 leg raises and 10 pull-ups every 20 minutes. I did this every day for 6 weeks and by then the problem had been completely solved. The excess fat was gone and I had become stocky and broad. It's a gruelling approach, but it's quick and effective, and will develop a very respectable build. This is very helpful for if you choose to lift weights afterwards.
I'm sure this is a fairly unorthodox way of going about it, and many may lack faith in this approach, but it sure as hell worked for me.
