What causes puffy nipples?

Im at ~13/14% now, so they should be smaller now, but they are still puffed up alot. I know ill have to get to lower digits to see, but what if something else causes it? What foods/drinks can cause it?

Gyno. Bad luck and / or being fat causes it.

I always figured they were genetic to some degree, but I could be wrong.

Puffy nipples = gyno, unless you have been to a doctor who diagnosed you and told you that you didn't have it

Nope, wasnt checked by doctor, but i checked by myself for all symptoms. But it can be gyno.

Brah i'm almost sure that u have puffy nipples because ur 14 and going through puberty. For about 1-2 years from the start of puberty u get puffy nipples. They go away over time (I'm 14 I have them too)

Might be. Usually when I cheat too far, and gain a kg, i notice my nipples get larger. Also, when i just squeeze them they seem mostly skin..

That link of the picture you posted is one clearly titled in such a way that you should consider the idea you may have gyno. Go see a medical doctor. Good Luck.
