I just started on a new diet, its pretty strict and I have been keeping up with it so far with no trouble.
meal 1: 2 eggs + 1cup oatmeal w/ almond butter
meal 2: protein bar
meal 3: tuna wrap or chicken wrap
meal 4: protein bar/shake w/ some kind of fruit
meal 5: chick breast or fish filet w/ veggies of some sort
meal 6: protein shake
I basically stole Ryan Reynolds diet haha.
Now my issue is that it is summer time, and I just recently turned 21, and all my friends want to drink every weekend. Up until recently I've been doing the same, and it's been a lot of fun.
My question is this if I do drink, are there any specific types of alcohol I should drink? I know I should try to avoid it completely but it's just not going to happen right now.
I was thinking unflavored vodka would be the best... No sugar, not many calories. Let me know your opinions.

Read the stickies in this forum for information on how to construct a proper diet
as for alcohol- read this http://www.leangains.com/2010/07/tru...nd-muscle.html"The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do"
"Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it"

Eats booty like groceries crew
Almost everything--all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure--these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
