Thx Fit
Felt real solid, the last set was a grinder cuz i ran out of time and had to do the last two sets inside five minutes.
The 440 set went up pretty easy considering its just 35# under my 1rm, had a little rounding of the shoulders going and just a bit of the ol butt wink.

Fuggin work schedule has had me do nothing but sleep and work for the past few days.
Push pull today
Incline DB press with corner rows
Press.........pull
40x10.......1px10
50x10.......2px10
80x8.........3px8
90x4.........4px8. Wtf on the press??
70x8.........5px6
Flat db press with seated cable row
Press..........pull
80x8..........135x8
85x8..........165x8
90x8..........195x8
95x7..........225x8
100x5
My battle against the bottom rack of db's has stalled this week
V grip lat pull with db flys
Pull..........fly
135x8.......30x8
165x8.......35x8
195x6 > 165x3 > 135x4.........25x8
I wasnt rly feelin it today at all, everything felt heavy and that shyt 90 incline set got to my head. Havent done corner rows in a long time and it ended up being a good pre movement to make the cable rows harder.
I really want to hit 8 reps from 80-100 in 5 pound increments on the flats, this will happen within a month or so.Distal Biceps Tendon tear crew. (07/15/19)

Thx fellas, my weekend kicked my ass so im a lil late with training this week. Fawking sump drain in the house backed up something fierce, ghetto rigged that up and then some bearings in girlies car took a major dump so had to trailer that 1.5 hours to a dealer for warranty replacement. Destroyed my muddy yard pulling the trailer out, lol. Made a huge fuggin mess.
Yesterdays Mag Ort week 6
70%+20 = 355x4x4
80%+20 = 390x2
90%+20 = 450x2
70%+20 = 355x8
Did multiple sets of tricep extensions troughout this seasion also.
Deads all went up clean with just a little wink on the second rep of 450.
Today was chest and back
Incline db press with corner rows
Press.........pull
70x8..........3p x8
80x8...........4p x8
90x8...........5p x8
Time to move up on the presses, used the v grip on corner rows and the last set was kinda ugly. 5 plates and that close grip really smashes your rib cage together. Probly will go back to the wider bar.
Flat db with seated cable rows
Push.........pull
80x8.........165x8
85x8.........195x8
90x8..........225x8
95x8........switched to reverse grip lat pull downs here @ 120x8
Last press set =100x7. Fffffuuuuuuu!!! 7 was all i had, barely got it
...........rev pull downs last two sets
150x8
180x8
The battle of the 80-100 db's was almost won today, one more fawking rep, just one.
Next week it will be all sets of 8.
Ran out of time again today, i need to get in 15 mins earlier so i can get the third movements done.Last edited by DstryEvrytng; 04-03-2014 at 09:24 PM.

Putting in some strong training. Deads are impressive and your pressing will only keep climbing.

I love to see your progress on the Mag-Ort .. you're really killing the progression and that 365 x 8 at the end is so bad@ss I'm sure you've already got that 5 plates as well but if I'm correct this progression will take you up to 480 x 2 in week 11 before testing that max in week 12

Been busy lately and not doing anything major besides DLing. The rest of my training has been preogressing slowly as usual.
Last weeks mag ort week 9 heavy set bumped to 475 instead of 470. I hit the rest if the sets also
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=02_NCE2N1iM
From today, i jumped the week 10 heavy set of Mag Ort, rly wanted 5 plates today and got one kinda shyty rep
All the other sets where completed as per the program.

The 475 x 2 looked really good
That 495 was a great lift big DE! You were shaking but it was smooth and the form looked good. A true 1RM but a good looking lift. Looking jacked as well and I'm mirin' your calves . I was impressed that your form on the deadlift didn't break so you might yet have another 10-15lbs to add to your max next week"Better to wear out than rust out!"
