No training today FML!!!
POS truck wouldnt start so my training time turned into wrenching time. Barely made it to work.
looks like i may retire the ol truck. Shes been a workhorse for over 200k miles but now shes gettin tired. lol

...... I hope she doesn't see this .... I still have so much to live for
I know where you're coming form though ... I hate missing a training day on the weekend, especially when something unexpected happens. Forearms should be looking good though with all the wrenching

Lets start this.
Im training for size right now so those of you used to my former redic volume and stupid power to weight ratio may be dissapointed. lol
Start pics
5'8". 180#
goal is too stay 180 and show a lil more abs by the time this is done. So Capsi Blast is gonna help a lil recomp period!!
Right now im around 2,000 cals a day.
nutrition by tonight will be
cals = 1970
fats = 60 gr
carbs = 157 gr
protien = 205 gr
todays sups
1 scoop Capsi Blast
2 scoops Con Cret
1 Scoop Nitrolyze
training
Chest and lower lats/mid back
Incline BB press with Seated cable rows.
press..............rows
185x8.............165x8
205x8.............195x8
225x6 drop sets > 205x5 > 185x4 > 135x4
................row drop set 225x8 (stack) > 195x6 > 165x4 > 135x5
Flat BB bench with DB rows
press..............row
185x8............90x8
205x8............100 8
225x7 > 205x4 > 185x3
..............row drop. 120x8 > 100x8 > 90x5 > 80x5
runnin out of time here so in 8 minutes
decline bb press 185x5x3
v grip pull down 150x5x3
The Capsi Blast mandarin tates awesome and mixes rly well. There is some tiny lil chunks left but nothing major. I did notice a longer energy effect than without it. Tomorrow ill go with 1.5 scoops and see what happens!!

no disappoint but now we are going in complete opposite directions. i guess that's one of the many great things about training; people that train for different reasons can relate and if they're educated, know how difficult it is to do either
i like your macro ratio breakdown but lawdy that's a low amount of cals-11 per pound? you crazy son but i know you'll pull it off
