@ lonnie, back is sore now, just delayed a cpl hours more than usual. Lol
Did some press and pull today but not much. Three guys in a tiny gym so i had to juggle around with the only bench there.

So your shoulder feels fine on incline?? My shoulder bothered my for months on all pressing. Still put up 225 with a bad shoulder. Pretty strong.

Im not glad to hear you have the same type prob but kinda glad its not just me.
I rly dont understand the rear delt pain but its in the same area, feels like the rear delt/tricep tie in area is being smashed.

Calve presses went from 390 up to 660 and back down in 90# increments scattered between shoulder sets.

Was pretty happy with getting the hunnies up for some reps, havent been able to in a long time. 90's for inclines felt good also
