    Right shoulder, the front and rear of it, something aint right. Db's are fine if i rotate the bells in 1/2 way to a hammer grip but palms straight with a bb hurts like hell.

    So your shoulder feels fine on incline?? My shoulder bothered my for months on all pressing. Still put up 225 with a bad shoulder. Pretty strong.

    I have been having a similar problem with my left shoulder..Pain is right around where the tricep joins the shoulder..I have to rotate DBs the same way..Also, I have to keep the weight light..Funny thing, inclines is about the only thing that bothers it!!

    I rly dont understand the rear delt pain but its in the same area, feels like the rear delt/tricep tie in area is being smashed.
    The pain in front shoots up my neck and that sucks too. Haha

    Nice shoulder and calf work. Calves are hard to grow.... I have been focusing n them more than my legs and it's still tough for me.

    Flat DB with v grip lat lull downs
    Press........pull

    Was pretty happy with getting the hunnies up for some reps, havent been able to in a long time. 90's for inclines felt good also
    Should be back up to full sets with 100's within a few weeks if all goes well.
