They where being lil bishes today, the squats where grinders. Knees are a lil tweeked but thats expected. All in all theyre good to go. Idk if it is possible this early but im seeing and feeling increased muscle density. Probly my head fn with me tho. Doms have been non existant since the third session.

Thx Raigs, i am feelin better. Refuelin for later. Still pissed i used the pwo even knowing the affect it gives me. So far Beta Cret and Bullnox are the only pwo's that make me wanna train. Haha.
Thx fit, after i looked back at my paper journal i realized i did hit 32 sets and most of them where decent weight i felt better about the whole session. And thx for making me realize that my tricep comment may have been slightly harsh. Lol.
I know why those flys burned my triceps anyways, my dum azz had way to much bend in my arms so at the top i was pretty much holding most of the weight up with my tri's. Also why i was able to fly 80's. Lol

Thx Lonnie, this split is killin me but i know im gonna see some major gains with it.
So i was up at 5 am muhfuggers and Itching to train. Normally i am at work right now but im off for the next 4 nights.
Schedule has been looking like this. Sleep (day) train (evening) work (night) for the last 7 days. Yesterday i slept 8 hrs and then got drunk with the father in law, he is here for 30's comp, then slept last night and now i am really hyped for training this morning.
Idk if i will get in a squat rack untill sunday so i am glad i have this time to get it done.

Your raises are strong as hell. I have a long way to catch up.
Drinking occasionally is not bad. As you know I been sick for the past week and my sessions are just bleh...
After reading your log, I feel like I am ready to go blast my back at the gym in a good way. I'll be drinking this weekend as well. Going to get back on track on Monday.

Just to clarify: when you list the weights used on your laterals are you doing total weight or weight per hannd?
Either way I think your crazy to be hitting smolov then doing a normal workout afterwards. That is working hard.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Make sure if you're doing the work with the heavy sets you're getting the full ROM and not throwing your body forward/backward to encourage movement. If you don't make the full movement, you won't be stretching the fascia surrounding the muscle therefore it won't have the room to grow and all you'll be strengthening is the tendons.

Form on the raises is legit except for the last set, im always pushing the limit of the shoulders so my heavy set usualy is dirty. When it cleans up i bump weight.
