Magnussen- Ortmayor dead lift program session #6 on a 455 1rm.
70% + 50 = 375x4x4. Easy
80% + 50 = 415x2. Light weight
90% + 50 = 455x2. FAILURE. This was my old 1rm with no volume before the lift.
70% + 50 = 375x8. This was a tough set but i completed it.
225x15 = punishment for failing to complete this session.
So next week i must repeat this session. This is the second session i have failed in this program. Week five was a failure on the first attempt buti came back the next week and nailed it.
I also did some ab work today but nothing major.
Beta Cret was good. Mixed great and tastes like blue cool aid. Very minor tingles (goos for me as i hate the tingles). Smooth energy and no crash.Distal Biceps Tendon tear crew. (07/15/19)

Tried some face pulls, unless i am doing them wrong i need to lean back far enough so that the weight hold my body up or i just pull my bw up. It was kinds fun acctually, sort of a balancing act.
2 scoops of Beta Cret (no dime) is where its at for me. Had excellent energy and was "dialed" right in the entire session. Cant wait for the strength gains to kick
in, i am guessing around day 5 from my past expierience with Con Cret is where things will feel light.
Took some measurements today for comparison later. All are cold flexed except the shoulders (measured 1/2 hour after todays session.
BW= 181
Arms = 15 3/4" right 16 1/8" left. So i guess ill call it almost 16". Lol
Fore arms = 13"
Legs = 23 1/4 huge gains here from a couple months ago at 22 1/2.
Calves = 15 1/2 i think, forgot to write it down.

shoulders = 49 1/4"
Neck = 15

I have always figured i have years of training ahead of me before i could compete. Big work needs to be done on the lats, traps and legs. Imo my ribcage is also way huge in comparison to the rest of me. I will see though when the wife competes and i can get a look at the men competing and see where i stand.

Solid shoulder and arm sessions. And no super-setting!
Nice PR on those dips!!! Really good range of movement and great control. Your arms look a lot bigger than 16" (I know that there pumped here, but I would have guessed closer too 17) You're also looking way leaner than 16% going by how lean your arms and shoulders look.
you've got a solid, blocky waistline because of your obliques, so 34 is probably a lot lower than 16%, and I suspect that you'll still be at 32 when you hit 10% or below."Better to wear out than rust out!"

Dude we are like twins man. lol I think I am currently sitting at 16% as well. I got a little over 3 months to get down to 10%.

I reaearched some competitors also and you are right on. I can confidently say your arms could put shame to alot of the guys i looked at. The thing for me is i really cant see myself prancing around in a speedo rocking an extreme spray tan. Lols.
