winwin5/29/17 - **The day I decided to take my life seriously and start approaching girls, and learning openers, mid conversation phase shifting, building an emotional and physical connection. I need to get more confident in general, and get rid of my anxiety. PM if you have helpful guy advice and can instruct me on the right material to read. Thanks.

no you ****ing idiot. this is the biggest peeve i have /w tall bros, they believe the bull**** that somehow just because they are tall that they cant gain any muscle naturally. lol? gtfo(no hate)
*a natural bb'er should only be gaining anywhere from 6-10lbs of lean muscle a year. so the fact that you arent seeing results, IS NORMAL. plateau my ass. just keep going bro
