    Upper Chest Exercises? (srs)

    What are some good exercises to work my upper chest?
    Right now the only thing I am doing the specifically hits upper chest (that I know of) is Incline.

    any variation of incline.

    Add incline dumbell press and barbell press. maybe even flies.

    Do that, add weight onto bar week on week. results are garunteed.

    Heres one I like to do...

    Stand with a pair of db's at your side. With a slight bend in your elbows bring them up to chest level squeezing at the top. It works well for me as a break from the norm.
