I recently placed a large order with XF. 4-5lb jugs of whey and 6 jugs of the UP 2.O. So I place my order and a few days go by and my order hasn't cleared yet. So I contact "Dave" and explain the situation. He responds immediatley and tells me that they will resume shipping on Monday, so no big deal. Monday comes and he contacts me to let me know that they are out of one of the flavors I order, so he could either trade that flavor out for another or have the old flavor shipped next day to my house when it came in. I just had it replaced and the order was complete. "Dave" told me how sorry he was about not haveing the flavor in stock and decided to send me a hat, t-shirt, and several samples of other products they have. WOW!!! Not only did he answer all my questions quickly and accuratley (while he was on vacation, mind you) but he also throws in a ton of samples and some gear. Other companies should take notice of the way XF treats there customers, because I would highly reccommend them and there products to everyone I know. By far best tasting protein I have ever had. They deffinetly have a customer for life in me.
