Anyone from NC? Looking for someone to workout with. I'm in the Winston-Salem area. Had one interested party but I screwed around and lost that one. If anyone knows Little Diesel, tell her to contact me. I've been trying to contact her but no luck yet.

What up? Good to hear from someone in NC. I was beginning to think no one around here is interested in bodybuilding.

I love Ashville. Only been there once, though. I stayed at Grove Park. Man, talk about being livin it up. I'm definitely going back this fall.

I've been lifitng for about 1 1/2 yrs. I haven't been consistent enough to make great progress but I have seen some changes in my arms, chest and legs. I've been looking for a partner so I can not only have someone to keep me going but a spotter as well. I'm usually good about going but sometimes I need a little extra nudge.

Noticed this post is rather old but maybe someone will respond. Lost my training partner and then got injured in the gym. Trying to recover so no gym time for me right now. I prefer to lift in the early mornings and was on a 5 to 6 day workout schedule. Would love to find someone that dedicated to join my quest here in Winston-Salem.

I'm in charlotte, i workout at peaks on indepdence, i love that gym it's so gutter and it has that feeling of gyms from the 70s...my screen name on AIM is "sokka buckero" hit me up sometime, BTW i work at gnc by the way...i'm thinking of compeating next year, so if someone wants to train together to push one another to become better and maybe compete that would be cool..natural federations for me

Thanks for replying Q-dogg,

I'll be sure to drop by there sometime this weekend or early next week. I don't know anybody at World is the reason why I'm looking for a workout partner. I'm currently relying on advice from books and what I can understand on message boards.

The only catch I know of is a down payment of usually 50 bucks maybe and they want you to sign a 2 year contract. Not a bad deal in my opinion Biohazard, but thats a sticking point to alot of people. The gym is very kick ass. Its brand new and the owners buy new equipment once a year. Plus the eye candy is superb in there! lol I'm still looking for a workout partner, if you decide to join, holler at me.
