I worked there for a few years in high school -- it's a group interview generally.
1. What do you like to do?
2. What does the Hollister Brand mean to you, and how do you think you do/will reflect it?
3. What does diversity mean to you and why is it important?
The interview should last for 20-30 minutes depending on how many people show up -- don't sit at either end of the group because you will either be first and have to come up with it on the spot or be last and most likely just regurgetate what someone else has already said.
I know Hollister and A&F get a lot of hate on these forums but it's an awesome job in high school. So many good looking, slutty girls and very few guys working there. Fun atmosphere -- the people shopping there are pretty much all your age.
Lots of pussy to be had -- in 3 years working there (junior year of high school, senior year of high school, and the summer after freshman year of college) I banged 8 girls that I worked with, hooked up with countless more, and dated 3.
EDIT:
Also, if you have a good build, some stores during Christmas will ask you to be a topless greeter. Basically you stand out front or walk around the store, topless in swim trunks or jeans, just getting hit on by girls and pulling numbers left and right.

It's not true. It all depends on if they need workers or not, if they don't then they take your looks into account, but if they do, then you just need to be moderately attractive. And the fact that your a guy helps a lot, Hollister is always short on guys. Aside from that, if you're looking for money, don't work there. You'd be lucky as hell to get 20 hours a week, 12-15 is more reasonable.
Consistency.
Intensity.
Motivation.
