Day 1 : Back, Biceps, Forearms
- 10-12 sets for Back
- 7-10 sets for Biceps
- 4-6 sets for forearms
Day 2 : Chest, Triceps, Abs
- 9-12 sets for Chest
- 8- 10 set for Triceps
- 6 sets for abs
Day 3 : Shoulders, Traps
- 8-11 sets for Shoulders
- about 6 sets for traps
Day 4 : Legs (Quadriceps, Hamstrings, and Calves) and Abs or Forearms
- 8-12 sets for Quadriceps, 3-5 sets for Hamstrings, 4-6 sets for Calves
