Hey everyone,
Scoured the forum for hours researching my next supplement stack and just looking for some input. Mainly, I'd like to know if it's OK to take all of these simultaneously as some of these contain some of the same ingredients. I've been off creatine for about a month (CL Greenbulge, Prolab Creapure) and going to get on it again. I'll be using this stack for the next 6-8 weeks till I leave for a long 6 week vacation. Ready to step it up. I usually get to the gym around 6pm after work (energy, fatigue definitely an issue). Thanks in advance for your input!

Thanks for your reply, sir.
Allow me to explain my choices. I love CL multi + fish oil, but I basically stick with ON as the cheaper year-round alternative. ON Whey + Glycomaize post w/o and used Serious Mass or some other gainer as a mid-day snack. USP Yok3d I got a free bottle of and it is nearly finished. Nothing to write home about, but it does assist in giving me a pump. As for glutamine, I have read both sides of the argument and I am extremely sore after workouts so I decided to just find out for myself.
Was deciding between Con-crete vs C-Bol since both had great reviews and decided to go with the cheaper and less pills needed Con-crete. Have you tried either of these creatines, Mr Cooper?Pain is weakness leaving the body.

I have tried both. If you already have the yok3d, I'd opt for something simpler like ON micronized creatine or SNS MCC. I simply suggested C-bol because I wanted to combine nitrates and creatnie in one.
If I were you, I'd drop the glycomaize. There is no anabolic window . Once your serious mass is done, start making your own gainers (whole milk, peanut butter, whey, and ground oats).
Trust me, glutamine doesn't help. There isn't just one study. There is study...after study...after study...

It is. Especially with a delicious protein like myofusion banana, trutein chocolate peanut butter, or any XF UP2.0 or Vasolate Flavor.
Your post workout whey is absorbed just fine without carbs. The creatine, yes, but creatine operates via saturation of tissue. So it doesnt matter how many carbs you take, once you hit saturation, 3-5g 4x a week is fine.
