Best way to eat canned tuna

Just realised canned tuna has tons of protein, like 25 g of protein per 100 g. But I can barely eat the stuff without gagging. Any good ways to prepare it/make it edible?

Recently, when desperately looking for food in my house, I found some canned beans (think it was garbanzo beans). Ate my tuna with them and hot sauce. Pretty damn good! Beans got that there complex carbs and extra protein too!

Probably not the best way to eat them, but a good change from the usual for sure.

Be a man and realize not everything beneficial to you is going to taste like dessert. Use a fork and you can eat a can in like 4 bites. Use water to rinse down.

Bad taste for 30 seconds is well worth the taste.

Then again I love me some tuna.

This. Better off drinking 1.5 scoops of protein with water. Goes down easier and less messy.

2. drain water
3. add some light mayo, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon (then mix)
4. apply tuna on bread
5. toast bread and tuna
6. eat tuna fish sandwich
