~1/2cup lettuce
~1/4 of an onion
~1/4 of tomatoe
~3-4 colored peppers (yellow, red, orange, green)
1/2 or 1 avocado
honey mustard
1/2 tblsp olive oil
1/2 lemon
*Optional if want spicy: serrano peppers, jalapenos, or hot sauce

1 can tune, diced tomato, diced cilantro,diced onion,diced jalapeno mix in bowl with mayo. Add lemon juice and some jalapeno juice(if you have canned jalapenos) Put on crackers or bread add tapatio.Good to go!
