    Depends. Any muscle under there? If so, cut. If not, I would bulk, clean, a few months and then cut. Only thing more satisfying than cutting is cutting to see all the muscle you worked hard for. Doing this now and new fibras are popping up as the fat is sliding off.

    if you cut now, you wouldnt be cutting, only losing weight. although u have moderate high body fat u have little to no muscle mass.

    Well it depends on where you started!

    I have very little muscle mass but I still have much more than when I started! Maybe in 2 years I will have enough to not look "skinny" !

    I wouldn't cut or bulk. Find a program you like and stick with it for several months and see where it takes you. Chances are you will put on muscle and lean out at the same time.

    I actually was 200lbs when I started and I lost weight till 165. Was skinny fat (15% body fat), and very scrawny.

    Also, how long do you guys think I'll be cutting? I will be losing 2 pounds a week.

    18-20% I would cut down to 12-15% then do a slow bulk. I am curious about your last bulk, did what were your calories/macros like?

    Started my last bulk skinny fat, was also eating way too much. I originally multiplied my weight by 15 to get an estimate of my BMR. I now know I need to multiply by 12-13. The fat slowly, but surely crept up on me.

    I thought that might be the case. This time around do a clean bulk, shoot for 300-400 calories over maintenance on work out days and maintenance on non work out days. They say you can really only gain .5-1lb of muscle each month so anything too far over that is fat. Were you lifting hard for it?

    Yes, I probably did 2.5/3 of SS, had 3 weeks to go and went off due to injury and in general just not liking the program. Did not gain much mass in the upper body, legs exploded though. I switched to PHAT training and saw great gains from hitting the body twice a week right off the bat. Then I began my cut after 1 month of PHAT.
