Depends. Any muscle under there? If so, cut. If not, I would bulk, clean, a few months and then cut. Only thing more satisfying than cutting is cutting to see all the muscle you worked hard for. Doing this now and new fibras are popping up as the fat is sliding off.

I thought that might be the case. This time around do a clean bulk, shoot for 300-400 calories over maintenance on work out days and maintenance on non work out days. They say you can really only gain .5-1lb of muscle each month so anything too far over that is fat. Were you lifting hard for it?

Yes, I probably did 2.5/3 of SS, had 3 weeks to go and went off due to injury and in general just not liking the program. Did not gain much mass in the upper body, legs exploded though. I switched to PHAT training and saw great gains from hitting the body twice a week right off the bat. Then I began my cut after 1 month of PHAT.
