So I use a wider stance than shoulder width and have been doing SL 5x5. Recently when I finish my 5 reps with solid form (knees behind toes) and I go to rack the weight, upon racking and releasing the weight there is a sharp pain in my left upper back near the shoulder blade. It doesn't hurt when I'm nt squatting nor during squats but only when I put the weight back. Any advice or info appreciated
