    i got mine made by a personal trainer.. its pretty good and ive seen some good progress, but most people say its a MUST to change your program every 6-8weeks

    When you're starting out you're prolly going to want to keep changing until you find the workout that suits you best, you respond best to, and you enjoy the most. It will be a process as things tend to change as you develop. I personally have two versions of everybody part that I alternate from week to week
