Hey everyone, I'll be running a log of the NEW FORMULATION of White Flood, in White Raspberry flavor. I've had the other two flavors of White Flood in the old formulation, so I figured I would try this flavor out to see which is my favorite.

I've been trying to cut, but it's hard for someone as short as me to eat at a certain percentage below maintenance. If I can't burn off a ton of calories every day, I'd have to be eating in the 1100s or lower to get where I want to be, which we all know is not great for you. So the plan is cardio and weights as much as possible, in order to keep my total calories higher, but have my net calories still be pretty low.
My cardio mostly consists of commuting to work by bike, which is about 10.5 miles. If I can get out early enough I can do the ride home as well, but usually it is too dark by the time I get out of work, so I have to take my bike home on the subway. Also, it requires me to get up early in the morning, which I've never had an easy time doing.
I had an idea the other day to keep a cup of White Flood by my bed, and when my alarm goes off and I get up to pee, I fill the cup with water and chug it. Then I lay down for a few more minutes after hitting the snooze button, letting the WF kick in. Then, I can get up, get ready in a hurry, and hop on the bike and go, rather than dragging my ass around. I tried this last Friday with the original White Flood and it worked great, I can't wait to try it with the NEW White Flood.
My plan is to take the 1 scoop before the ride, and take another scoop in a water bottle along with me on the ride. Then during the ride I'll drink the other scoop and I'll be pumped and ready to go for my weight workout when I get to work, where my gym is.
I can't ride the bike every day, as it is apparently "rainy season" here in NY right now, so on those days I'll only be taking 1 scoop, before my weight workout. Although depending on how it goes I might do the wake-up scoop anyway, because it works REALLY WELL at getting me out of bed on time.
I've also been jogging here and there, so I may throw some of that in for good measure.
