hello im just shy of being 5"6 i was wondering whats a good weight/Bf% to look big and ripped? im currently around 14BF on a bulk, weighing 154

you look alot bigger than 150
are you sure your 5'7 or 170lbs? no hate its just you dont look it.
my ideal weight if i stay the same height would be 160-170, 8-10% bodyfat but thats cuz i wanna right around 150. right now im 157 18-19% bodyfat.Boxing

ideal weight varies with everyone due to a number of factors like their bone density, length of torso in proportion to their legs, whether they want to be thick and bulky or slim/athletic or a bit in between etc. So the best way to know what your personal ideal weight is it to keep gaining size and definition until your happy with it . But my estimation for your height would be like 165-175 lbs 6-9% body fat
