    Not hungery...wtf!!

Okay, I've always had a big appittite but ever since I've been on the atkins I find it hard to eat anything especially steak and chicken breast. Its like the satisfaction of food is gone. Normaly I'd be happy, but I know the longer I lack eating a mass amount Im going to loose dat der gainz I've worked my butt off for.

    Has anyone been through this?

I achieve nutritional fortitude by a method which shall not be named, lest the peasants learn to read.

I heard it was, but I wanted to at least try it. Didn't know it destroyed your appitite. Is there a good way to wing your self off a zero carb diet, or can I just go back to multible small meals and be just fine?

How about you calculate your macro and calories then eat how many / few meals you want?

Aww, Im not ignorat about nutrition brah. I just got tired of prepacking meals and taking food eveywhere I went, so I decided to give a new diet a whirl. Only been on it for about 5-6 weeks, and have already lost a shat ton of fat while maintaing good mass. I just found my low appitite to be odd.

Did that for 2 plus years, just got tired of going through the hassle of eating 6-8 times a day. Didn't hate it, but it did keep me from alot.

You didn't get what I'm saying.
You don't have to eat 6-8 times a day, you can eat 3 times a day if its easier for you.

As long as you get your calories and macros in.
