    Need Some Advice

    I havn't logged in here in a while but I have been going to the gym. Does anybody have any good exercises I should try? Something different from the everyday thing..

    Two of my favorite overlooked/unknown exercises:

    1. While hanging from a pull up bar, do things like Ls, bicycles, leg raises, etc. This works your abs really good. You can do a lot of different motions, and you can even do pull ups at the same time if you want it to be a compound exercise.

    2. Supermans. If you go all out and hold it for maybe a minute, it will really work your spinal erector.
