Hey Guys,
I'm new to the whole supplement deal and I hear that taking it can really help results. I was considering taking anabolic freak or test freak. I am 17 and I train regularly and I am on a well balanced diet eating very well. I feel good and I was thinking that maybe one of these supps can help me?
My questions for you guys are...which one is better? Are there any negative side effects? Which should I use given that my goals are to build lean muscle mass while losing (or at least not gaining) any fat?

Brah ur 17 man, ur test should be through the roof unless you have a medical issue, u would not benefit much from a test booster, these are for older guys who's test levels start to drop, if I were u I would just put money into a good quality protein, maybe some preworkouts n save the 70 bucks on a test booster. Eat big to get big, but at the end of the day that's just wat I say, butchu can do watever the **** u wana do

yea kid, your at your peak in test production by next year. when you hit 25 your test levels start to drop from your peak and thats when old guys use those products, to bring them back to their natural peak. Your there son, take your multi's and get a good mass gainer like ON's Pro Complex gainer, or if you have a quick metabolism get ON's serious mass.

yah man you're 17. trust me i've put on tons of size with protein and pre workouts, then one i plateaued i threw in bcaa's and creatine, and now i'm doing fish oils and multivitamins. I threw on 35 pounds in 3 years and i'm 11% body fat. and it's true that you are what you eat. I eat 5-6 meals a day, so make sure you're doing everything possible before screwing with your hormone levels, especially at 17 years old.
