Great lifts Brandon. I like how your channel promotes scientific and fact-based information about bodybuilding without the controversy and drama that other similar channels have. Keep up the good work!

Srs man watching your strong lifts around 2 months ago made me re-evaluate everything in my lifting. I actually focused on form and contractions now over weight that I can move. I believe I'm making better gains and strides when I started doing this.

Today's workout is below. Had my ipod die right before my 1+ set, killed my mojo. On a side note all last week I worked on hip mobility and form so I played around with it today. Def a different feeling (trying to use more hams/glutes). Didn't move as much as I wanted to, but felt a lot better and got a little deeper. Looking forward to progress.
Squat
135x10

Still a strong session Brandon! I agree I can tell the difference when I am lifting and listening to my mp3 player than just lifting without it. I can focus better and block out any distractions.

Today's DL workout, some notes after the break...
Deadlift (double overhand)
135x10
225x5
315x3
370x5
420x3
465x1+ (got 2*)
Deficit Deadlifts
135x10
185x6
225x5
Bent Over Row
225x8
235x8
245x8
250x6
One Arm Lat Pull Down
70x12x12
85x12x12
100x10x10
105x8x8
SLDL
230x8
235x8
240x8
245x7
Notes: Did the entire workout without straps or chalk, probably led to a fail on my part. Deads felt really good initially but on my last 1+ set my grip struggled after the 1st rep. I don't want to go the strap route so I ordered some more liquid grip. Moved on to deficit deads as I'd like to work on my form more. Def helped keep my butt a bit lower. I've been noticing on Wendler I do a lot better with the 5+ rep weeks and as the cycle moves on my numbers seem to drop a bit. Will continue to monitor.I make bad videos in my basement about training, which makes me an internet guru.

^^^Awesome gym session bro. So are you deloading now or still waiting until next week?
Time to get your Inzer Forever Belt
I am using a Schiek one that I bought here on bb.com, it's two prong, 10mm PL style.
It's basically built like an Inzer without the Inzer price tag or waiting time.CONQUERING BARBELL
